Scotty Gibbons has been the director of Realife Student Ministries at James River Assembly since 1993. When he started, Scotty could drive the entire youth group around in a van. Today, the Realife Student Center is home to more than 1,000 students and 200 volunteer leaders. Scotty is a nationally recognized youth communicator with a passion for reaching students and equipping leaders. Scotty, his wife Casey, and their five daughters live in Ozark, Missouri.

Jason Laird serves as the Student Ministries Pastor at Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is responsible for overseeing ministry for students ages 12-30. He is also the Chancellor of Healing Place School of Ministry. In his spare time Jason enjoys taming lions for a traveling circus. He and his wife, Jen, have two sons and live in the Baton Rouge area.

Josh Turner | @joshuaturner | Speaker

Josh Turner serves as the Student Ministries Pastor at Celebration Church. Under the leadership of Pastor Stovall and Kerri Weems, he has been leading middle school, high school and college students for over eight years. Josh believes wholeheartedly in advancing the Kingdom of God by stepping outside of cultural and denominational boundaries to reach the next generation. Josh graduated from Florida State University, which is also where he met his wife, Rebecca. Together they have two children: Ayden and Riley.

Reggie Dabbs is a popular public school and event speaker, addressing more than 2 million people worldwide annually. For the past twenty years, he has spoken regularly at festivals and events such as Creation East, Planetshakers in Australia, Shout Conference in New Zealand, Kingdombound, Winterfest, Forward Conference, and thousands of other church and civic gatherings around the world. Reggie makes his home in Fort Meyers, FL with his wife Michelle and their son Dominic.

Rodney Fouts | @rodneyfouts | Lead Pastor NORTHchurch

Rodney Fouts is the founding pastor of NORTHchurch in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and President of LOVE OKC, Inc. His desire is to reach the lost and make disciples who are completely devoted to the God-first life. As a pastor, leader and teacher, he encourages living a life given fully to following the teaching and example of Jesus. Rodney and his wife Shannon have three teenagers: Gavin, Phaedra, and Annabeth.

Lauren Sheppard serves as the Director of College & 20s, internships, and the volunteer base of NORTHchurch. She has a passion for students and for helping people find and fulfill their purpose in life through serving. Lauren is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has served in ministry for the past 6 years. She loves people, traveling and Sooner football.

Joshua Jones | @joshuallenj | Conference Coordinator

Joshua Jones serves NORTHchurch as the Student Director. He loves the local church and has given his life to changing the world by making disciples of young people. Joshua graduated from The Highlands College in Birmingham, AL at Church of the Highlands with a track focus of student ministry. He loves Oklahoma City, the Thunder, hunting and the Auburn Tigers.
